Received email printing in large font size 1

A friend using Outlook Express is finding that when she prints received email messages, the font size is way too big, even though the text appears normal size (10/12) on the screen. Can anyone explain why this has suddenly started happening and suggest what we can do to fix the problem? Thanks.

Text print size in OE is directly related to Internet Explorer View, Text Size setting. Strange but unfortunately true.
