Received Call Log? 1

Is there a log that displays all the received calls for a specific DN? If so, is it turned on by default or is it something I need to go in and configure? I've had a supervisor request a report of how many calls an individual receives a day. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Nothing built in to the system. To get this information in the future, you would have to set up some form of 3rd party software (Nortel/Avaya does have its own too)to collect the CDR data from the PBX and massage it in to a readable format. This however will only collect and provide information going forward, the system does not store these records at all.

The only exception to this would be if you are trying to collect information on ACD calls/phones set up for ACD. You can set this up to prt out of a tty to a generic printer, or to a PC, again though, no historic data is stored, you would only collect going forward after setting things up.
