Receive XML request from another website?

Hi,
I am new to XML and have a question that I have not been able to find an answer to.

My application sends a CFHTTP post to an other website and receives a redirect URL that I send my customer to. The customer completes a process and then is redirected back to a landing page in my application with the results of the process that took place on the other website and sends a response back.

How would I code a web page on my sight to receive an XML request and send a response back to the other site?

I don't know if this is possible.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Fred

It looks like you're using coldfusion, so you're probably best asking the question in the coldfusion forum, as the answer will depend on the application server/technology you're running.

But, yes - it is possible, just depends what technologies you're using and what you want to do with it.

A smile is worth a thousand kind words. So smile, it's easy! :)

Thanks for getting back and I am using ColdFusion.
