When I do a printout of an extension, there is a seeting in there for receive voice calls.
I am having problems with 2 extensions in calling groups not being recognized and calls not going to them.
They are both in their respective calling groups in programming, so I went looking at the extensions tehmselves.
The only difference between sets that are functioning correctly and these two is this receive voice calls setting. The ones that work have this set to off and the other two have it on.
What setting s this and how do you change it?
Does the user have the ability to change the feature?

Receive Voice calls, depending on the Software release of the switch can be either, ON, Off or IDLE. (Idle being an option for R 7.0 Legend and all Magix.)

Being set to off would only prevent calls being sent to them with the callers voice being broadcast over their speaker.

Ringing calls, and attempted "VOICE" calls would all be delivered with RINGING.

So, I doubt that particular setting is keeping them from getting calls within the calling group.

I suggest print & post your group call and one of those extensions and we may see what the problem is.

The extensions sometimes work and sometimes don't. It isn't because the people are being logged off. I checked that one.
These are digital stations.
I will get a printout of the calling groups and a print out of the extensions.

Id the hunt type of the calling group linear, and are they the last ones in the list?
