Hello all,

I'm trying to connect to a machine which sends fsk data using CCITT v.23 modulation. I'm using a USR Robotics modem with v.23 support and after setting the S-Registers and link speed, I call the number using AT command "ATDTXXXXXX". When the machine picks up, what I received are beeps (supposely fsk signals) on the modem speaker instead of 'data', which can be received via the com port.

I would like to know what I should do in order for the modem to demodulate the signals and send the decoded binary data to the com port. Am I suppose to go into some kind of 'data mode' in order for the modem to perform demodulation ?

Hope someone will be able to assist or enlighten me on that ... thanks in advance ! :)
