I have what I'm hoping is a simple question...
Someone in our transportation department just sent me an email stating that a vendor from Canada is trying to call her but is getting a message that it is not assigned. (No other detail about the message was given.)
This would be on the vendor's side, right?

If nobody else is having trouble calling her from outside then, yes, the vendor would have to report the trouble to their service provider and/or long distance carrier.
