Just a helpful tip since I've been looking for this solution all day. If you recieve the following type of error:
Mon 2005-06-13 15:24:57: Creating temp file (MPOP):
c:\mdaemon\temp\34\md50000000001.tmp
Mon 2005-06-13 15:24:57: Receive buffer error, aborting. Message cannot be
delivered.
If you are running NOD32 Antivirus switch off IMON.
