ok - I am just the dumb programmer/dba here - trying to support GP --- but this one has me buffaloed.

We have several customers that we print monthly statements for. One of the customers (which by what I can see is set up exactly like the others) which we want printed will not print - anyone in here got a direction to point?

again - I tell it to print one - it works. We change an existing customer that was not set for monthly statements - and they come out just fine. One specific customer will not come out no matter what we try.

thanks in advance

After you click on the print button, go to the Process Monitor and see if any process's are in queue. If it says that it is trying to print something you may just need to wait a few minutes for it to print. Sometimes depending on how many users are on the system and how much data is being exported, determines how long a process will take. If there is nothing in the process monitor, I would try deleting the customer and re-entering in the information again. There may have been a glitch that made the customer corrupt or missing a key value somewhere underneath in one of the tables.

sorry - should mave been more specific - it comes back and says that there are no records for that customer. But through other means we can see that indeed there is information. Re-entering the customer is not really an option since there is so much historical detail.
