Receivable Statements through Crystal

Has anyone attempted to produce RM Statements through crystal. If so, could you provide me with the tables that you used and the linking if possible.

You could actually check the tables in Report Writer. Run the report then click on Modify which will open Report Writer. Look for Table Relationships then print it on your Screen. I can think of 3 tables on top of my head..RM20101(RM Open File), RM40501(RM Statements File) and of course, RM00101.

Actually, you could only run statements in Crystal as of the current date ie if you have been posting into a new month, then decide to print your statements as of the previous month's end date, you could't use the open tables. I've been trying to get a stored procedure to work that I could use for statements as well as a historical aged trial balance, but I just can't get the same amounts (the voids cause issues).

Thanks for your replies, but I have created a statement that is right on with my balances using the Open Table including all of the open Items and not using the previous month.
