Recalling Data Through Text Boxes on a Form in access 97

I have set up a table with WorkerID, Forename, Surname ... and have a form for completing all of these fields, in the header I would like to have a text box with bigger writing of the name. The control source i am currently using is

=[Forename]&" "&[Surname]

Please can anyone help me to get this to work??
