recall with call log with 7 digits

i wonder why , i don t able to recall with call log number ,it recall with only 7 digits ... how to make change to 10 digits recall... the call log show '' ex: 588 xxxx (450) , it same with montreal number ''642-xxxx (514)

some one have an idea?

ics compact 4x16 with call id... i don t have for this moment a software rel...

When the call rings at that station how many digits are displayed?

To call the number out of the log press more till the number is on the screen then dial the area code if long distance add the 1 then press the line button and the call will be dialed.
The systems are set up to still only dial 7 digits.
