I have a crazy problem. We have a Polycom set on an analog port that our customer calls into their conference service for company wide conference calls. Some times while the call is ongoing the attendant will get a call on recall from the conference call. I've never been able to reproduce the trouble but the customer has had the problem on and off for about a year. Any thoughts ??

So is the user just dialing a number like an external conference bridge and everyone else is calling into the same bridge # ? Or is the polycom using the conference feature in the PBX?

Set CLS XFA or XFR ~ and ~ FBD.

XFD means "Hookflash, and you got the Operator". Period. To block transfer, set XFR.

FBA say "DID calls to a busy DN go to the Operator". Set FBD always.
