Hello all,

We have a number of DID's coming in with an offset to point them to specific libraries which then in turn point them a specific hunt group coming into our fax server. Certain numbers (not all) coming in are not being routed correct to that hunt group. Upon furthur investigation, it looks like the 'OUT TK' line spits out garbage when you look at that specific library. I've tried to change it, but Putty pukes when trying to change that line. So my question is, how do I go about rebuilding the entire library for each of these numbers?

Sounds like you've got an issue with Putty not the Coral. make sure you have the correct emulation settings. Something about you pressing Enter it doesn't like.

Why do you have Libraries pointing to Hunt Groups anyway? I'm not saying it's wrong, I've done it on occasion and it can be very useful in some circumstances, but there's no need to do it as you could just point the DID to the Hunt Group.

If you're using a Library then the OUT_TK will be the Hunt Group and the DIAL_NUM will be empty.

go to the library and remove it totally......then rebuild it.
use the pirate method - R
when you hit the r in the number, it will remove the library entry...not the library in the NPL, just that entry.
Then rebuild it.
