Rebuilding A firewall

Hi we recently had a new nokia fw installed and I plan to use the old one at our D/R site.

I've been reading up on installing IPSO and checkpoint but I can't find anything on how to completely reformat the machine or am I thinking to PC?

you need to boot into bootmanager then when prompted type any key to enter install mode.

Once in there it will reset the box and reformatt the disk. You will need to ftp a new ipso over and then install your packages.
