rebuild with one disk

I have one server on raid5 config. Is it possible to pull one drive and take data out to a different server assuming it has the same hardware config?

I have to rebuild the original server but cannot take it off line for long time.

On a raid 5, NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... the only time this is possible is with raid reconstruction software/hardware, delete the idea from your memory.

There are many ways to transfer raid setups, safest is to clone to another array or a SATA drive.
