rebuild server

Hi all need some guidance. Have a server that is running exchange 2000. It is going bad though so I ordered another server. I loaded the new server with 2000 advance server and that is all so far. The exchange server is still running ok for now, do I load exchange on the new server and mirror naming schemes and such by looking at the old server?

Is there any easy way do rebuild this new server, can I copy from one server to the other?
