Rebuild PE 1855

I am trying to rebuild a blade server. I had no trouble building it. It booted right off the USB drive. But now that it is built, I can't seem to get it to boot off the USB. After windows comes up, it sees the drive. It looks like it sees it when windows is starting, but no option to boot from CD. Any ideas?

Have you checked the boot order in BIOS?

The boot order in bios did not even show my USB drive. And that was the drive I originally built it with. It would see the USB CD drive after windows started up. So, I found another USB CD drive (different brand), hooked it up, looked at the boot order and there it was. So, my server is building now. But, why didn't it see the first one on boot up? Anyone had this problem before? Do I have to uninstall it out of Windows (2003) first or something?
