Rebuild exchange 5.5

Hi, there:

I have full tape backup of Dsadata and Mdbdata folders. Now I want to rebuild my exchange5.5 server, can I re-install NT4, exchange5.5 on my old NT box and then load Dsadata and Mdbdata back? After that am I ready to go? or I need to do more?
