rebuild C RunTime

Hi!
I have an error of memory on my application. I saw a fix:Memory Access Violation Caused by Repeated Reallocs for Small Blocks at I installed Service Pack 4 and nothing changed.

One resolution consist in change realloc.c but I don´t know how to rebuild C run time, somebody knows how to rebuild c run time??
