Rebuild App. Key Files 1

When I try to get into the Library Master App. under Rebuild App. Key Files header I get this message "This Application/Company is being Accesed by another Utility".

Repairs>Rebuld App. Key files>Library Master

I have supervisor rights and I am the only one in MAS90.

Usually this means that someone has previously used the rebuild utility and the process errored out before it completed. There is/are a reference(s) in the sy0ctl.soa file that starts with a lowercase u. Using data file display and maintenance with everyone out of the system, you can find the references and delete them. Be sure to make a back up copy of SY0CTL.SOA first, and if you are not sure what you are doing, have a reseller or Best walk you through it. If you damage the SY0CTL.SOA file, you run the risk of locking everyone out of MAS90 until you get it repaired.
