We have one message database (msg10) that is over 200Mb, the rest are more like 10-20Mb. We think that rebuilding only that mesasge database will bring it back in line. Is there a specific procedure for rebuilding a single message database? Also, do we need everyone out of GroupWise or just those belonging to msg10 or it doesn't matter?

You can gwcheck a single message database. Where you normally put the userid type in the file name i.e. msg10.db
This will run whatever options you chose against that db.
