Rebooting LSMS for Lucent Brick 201

Can I reboot the LSMS server for a Lucent Brick 201 without affecting the firewall. The management server is hung and I am not familiar with how it might affect the firewall if I reboot the server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
