Reboot Problem

I have 4 2003 servers that I join into a Windows 2000 server domain. Everything works fine until I reboot the 2003 server and at that time I cannot see any network connection in the network connection screen. I can ping the network. We can remove it from the domain to a work group then readd it back to the domain and the network connection screen shows the nic cards. Then on a reboot it fails again.

Any ideas.
