Reboot on Windows XP causes network failure

I have a Cisco 770 (776 Actually, I think) router. It is configured for running DHCP and getting my two home machines on the internet.

Whenever I reboot the desktop machine -- running Windows XP Home -- it "forgets" how it's network is supposed to be configured. I have to go into the network setup and run the little wizard for setting up a home or small office network. I DO NOT have to change any options, just re-run the wizard and things are fine. Running the "ipconfig /renew" command doesn't work. I have three user accounts and those users can sign on and off at will after the wizard runs and there are no problems. Stuff just goes bad after a reboot.

Any clues? I'm at my wits end. This used to work fine then I had to reconfigure my router because of an ISP change. I set everything back up by following the FastStep and it still doesn't work. I used the "set default" command and still nothing works. Any clues?

Thanx,
Matt
