I just brought down my server (E250 running Sol 7) and added another cpu (exactly the same as the first) and more RAM. When I boot the system it comes up with a ton of errors and as a Read Only file system. I can't start an processes. I can manuver around the directories but it stays in the "white" CLI screen. ANy help is "GREATLY" appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!

You are doing a boot -r to force recognition of the new hardware? Otherwise, can you give an indication of the type of error being reported?

it sounds like your file system got corrupted. (obviously). for a quick and painless way to get it back, just do a "fsck"
you should be able to get your console into ok promt and single user mode.
just do:
boot -s to get into single user mode from OK promt.
then when the machine boots and you login just type:
fsck, then just let the system fix the file system.

Ive seen this before....stuff happens...lol
