reboot fedora as root or different user

Hi guys,

just wondering whether is there away to reboot linux box as root or different user.

Atm, default user is master..

Usually rebooting with Alt-CtrDel is permitted to any user by this setting :

ca::ctrlaltdel:/sbin/shutdown -t5 -r now
Do you have it ? Or do you want something else ?
