We are running W2K server with Citrx Metaframe 1.8. Looking for a place to download reboot.exe. Don't really want to purchase the resource kit from Microsoft. Anyone know of a place to download this tool free or for a nominal charge?

MS does not recommend using tools like shutdown.exe on terminal server. You should try a product like ShutdownPlus.

Thanks DDill. I downloaded a trial copy of the software. We are upgrading to XPA in 2 weeks, this should tide us over until then. Will use it nightly until then and wait to see if we need it after the upgrade.

I didn't know MS recommends not to use shutdown.exe - I've been using it in AT scripts for years ;-) CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk
