Reboot during OS boot.

just keeps restarting when it hits XP splash screen..

Im thinking a hardware problem.. not ram.. I tried seperate slice ... nothing on IDE.. I tried new drive... I dont think its power supply.. it goes through XP setup with no problems..


Im not femilure with IBM chipsets though.. so maybe someone has some advice...

its a P3 933..
