Reboot Countdown??

I think your out of luck. I'm almost positive I was told it can't be changed and I couldn't find anything about changing the default 5 minute time. The only option is using reboot or shutdown within the script itself. This may be a different case in SMS 3.

You can change this setting by going into "Site Settings->Client Agents". Double click on "Advertised Programs Client Agent" and then change to Notification tab. You will see Provide a countdown and a place to set countdown length.
