I do not believe the commands are any different to those used on an NT4 server.

ie every Th 03:00 shutdown /reboot

Have you found that these do not work?

Is there a way to stagger the shutdown/reboot of the servers. For instance server2 and 3 need to go down before server 1 but they also need to come back up after. I understand how to get them shutdown prior at the right times, but how about rebooting? Or is this even possible?

You could set the server service to Manual, and have a second script that does a net start at a certain time; the AT scheduler is run by the workstation service, so as long as that is running, this should work.

Alternatively, there is a product that claims to do this;
I have never tested this, so I'd be interested in your results, if you decide to try it.

twoody54, is there a specific reason why you need server1 to shutdown after servers 2&3 but be back up before them??

If server1 is the master browser then just having it set to reboot after servers 2&3 have come back up is good enough. This is what I found to be the best solution.
