Do you have to reboot a BCM400 after you install an expansion cabinet? Yes right?

I would not think so, how about trying to go to resources, and see if you can just configure it there. I think you can.

So I should just be able to set my modules and be done with it?

No need to reboot but when setting your dipswitches on the expansion cabinet modules make sure not to overlap with the modules on the bcm.Other then that you should be fine.
I never had to reboot a bcm after installing an expansion cabinet.

Thanks! Ill be sure to assign them different buses.

Well I installed the expansion today and didn't have to reboot the BCM. Thanks everyone!
