I currently have an Access program which the users do not need access to the normal Function Keys (e.g. {F12} Save As). However, I would like to retain access to these shortcuts for my purposes.
By doing this, the user will only have to press {F12} to access the form.
Therefore, I would like to reassign {F12} to open a Form (via the AutoKeys macro). I tried assigning Control + {F12} to 'Send Keys {F12} to access the 'Save As' feature built into Access.
The reassigned {F12} works. The assigned Control + {F12} doesn't. Instead of accessing the 'Save As' feature, it sends the keys {F12}, which opens the Form. How do I properly designate Control + {F12} to open the 'Save As' feature?
By-the-way, I'll be reassigning several function keys besides {F12}.
Thanks in advance.
