reasons to upgrade?

Well, my reason was stupidity, but I guess everyone feels that way when they first upgrade! The thread immediately after this one right now has some interesting views. personally, it seems to have a far greater breadth of actionscripting and control. The only problem is re-learning and adjusting to the javascript-esque programming, which for people like me with absolutely no experience in such programming is a living hell.

Having said that, the interface is MUCH easier to use 95% of the time as everything is there in front of you if you want it.

Anyway, best not to babble, I'm sure you'll get a lot of response on this one. Try the demo version for a couple of weeks and have a 'feel', you'll hate it at first, but it will grow on you.
