Where in the switch do I enable & add Reason Codes to use with the aux work in a hunt group?

REASON CODES
Aux Work Reason Code Type: requested
Logout Reason Code Type: none
You must define the codes in CMS. The above lets the switch know of them

Thanks Ed,

I tried enabling that field but I get this message "Specified reason code type cannot be used; assign Reason Codes first". Also, unfortunately I use BCMS not CMS.

Try an enter the Reason Codes first...

Change reason-code-names
