I have my Aux Codes labelled. And I have the corresponding codes programmed on my 4620 set. Currently the phone only shows Aux-work RC 1 Grp__, Aux-work RC 2 Grp__, etc...
Shouldn't the names below automatically populate onto the phone? I'm sure it has in the past, but now I can't get it to populate, even after a reboot of the phone.
This is an S8700 R013x.01.5.642.3

REASON CODE NAMES

Aux Work Logout

Reason Code 1: BREAK
Reason Code 2: LUNCH
Reason Code 3: VOICE MAIL
Reason Code 4: RESTROOM
Reason Code 5: RTRN MAIL
Reason Code 6: COUNS/COAC
Reason Code 7: BRIEFING
Reason Code 8: LEAD WORK
Reason Code 9: OTH PROJEC

Default Reason Code: TIMESHEET

Thanks,
Bryan

I just recently implemented Aux Reason Codes, and the way I labeled the codes was to use the abbreviated dialing list (system). You will first need to setup a code within the feature access codes (Aux Work Access Code). So I added code *53 for Aux work access, then in the abbreviated dialing list I added code 90 as *5301, *53 represents the code, and 01 is the reason ex, Lunch. You can then assign the abbreviated dial feature buttons to the phone (abbreviated-dial list 3 (list 3 is system):90.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Repp8.
The only problem with that is that it does not give them the visual indication on their phone when they go into that mode. If you have the actual Aux RC1 Grp1 programmed on their phone it stays 'lit" when they activate it.

If you have another button available, you can create a VuStat that shows the state of the agent... Object type agent, data type "current-reason-code-name"
