realy silly image question

im a newbie to this so plz bare with me

simple question,i am wanting to change an image in an image control is i done like the following.....
Image1.Picture = LoadPicture("c;/testimg/project.jpg&quot


is so i cant get it to change the picture

plz help

1. Filenames use backslashes like c:\testimg\project.jpg

2. Set the AutoRedraw of the Image control to True _________________________________
