From what I understand from RealVNC's website I can have multiple users connect to my machine at the same time. I would like for a co-worker to be able to "log in" to my computer get a desktop but not interfere with my working. Kind of like how Terminal Services works on Windows Server. I have realvnc running in Service-Mode on Windows XP machine.

Is it possible to do what I want? If not are there any other options out there that will give a remote user my desktop but not "take over" my desktop.

Where did you see something for multiple users. As far as I know all the documentation says take control of.
