Hi

From time to time I have a supervisor inform me that the agent name fields in the real time display read *unknown*. As well as CallsWaiting,Answered,abandoned billboards.... display "Unknown" or "element not available"
Does anybody have an idea as to why this happens?

To save everyone repeating themselves, there are a lot of very recent threads in this forum with suggestions and solutions to this problem.
