Ok, Here is situation

Mgrs are wanting a way to see when a user is consulting with another user in house. They want to be able to tell by realtime display.

Example: call comes into group a, a does not have answer, so they conference in with group b. Now we have a 3 way call between customer, group a, and group b.

Is there a way in realtime display (Iam assume in call status colum) to tell they are on a conference call?



 
There is a "Consult" status on the In Calls keys, but according to the NTPs, that only gets activated if it is an external call.
 
Tested that.
Called in, internal user conferences in outside call. Display showed active. Did some more digging. Only way to replicate it was to have caller call in, user does a conference, then have original caller drop out.

Just a thought, but is there a way to put in custom "in call status" Status? Wondering is one could specify if a particular hunt group was called.
