Ok, Here is situation
Mgrs are wanting a way to see when a user is consulting with another user in house. They want to be able to tell by realtime display.
Example: call comes into group a, a does not have answer, so they conference in with group b. Now we have a 3 way call between customer, group a, and group b.
Is there a way in realtime display (Iam assume in call status colum) to tell they are on a conference call?
