Realtime phone monitor

Hi,

Been asked to look into arranging a real time handset status display, ideally we want a display of a group of extensions that will show us which handset is in use and which isn't, very similar to the CCM realtim display.

Whats the best way of doing this? Is it to use the CCM or is there an alternative?
