Realtime on CCMA

Hi,
I can't see any change for an agent(for example supervisor change) on Real time displays without resetting Icertd service on CCMA. Is there anyone whos faced with this problem before?
 
I not clear in your question. but you can use CCMS RDC_Service for reset realtime display in CCMS.
 
Let me clear my problem.
If i create a new skillset or new activity code i can't see on real time report until i reset Icertdservice on CCMA. And also if i change anything on agent properties (like supervisor or agent name change),i must reset icertdservice for see new change.
SU05, SUS0501 and SUS0502 are installed on CCMA
SU05, SUS0501,SUS0502,SUS0503,SUS0504,SUS0505 are installed on CCMS..
