I am trying to setup RTR on web CCMS 6.0 Getting error when launching RTR agent and agents are logged in:
'The system could not retrieve any data from the server because either the server connection is down, or there are currently no skillsets logged in. If the server connection is working, then try launching the display again later.'

I mirrored IP Multicast address with another site with Real-time reporting working on server. I don't see a ICERTD service in 6.0. What other service does need to be restarted?

Are the two servers on the same network (can you ping between them?).

We use different multicast addresses for each of our installs as they are all connected across our Head Office MAN/WAN.

both servers can ping each other. I have two servers working w/ rtr using same multicast address. not sure if something else I missed in services. stream control i have moving windows on all. there are 2 compression options but neither are checked.

I would suggest you allocate two new unique multicast addresses (one for CCMS and one for CCMA) for one of your nodes.

Your network admin will be able to tell you what addresses are free.

thanks - found out to be network admin has to turn on multicasting for that particular site.
