we have a SEF 7.04 on Solaris which requires gwpassword authentication for general web access. I want to enable access for users to realaudio & rtsp, but I get errors relating to authentication, even though the rule which is setup for realplayer/rtsp says no authentication required. here is a log clip:
May 3 04:39:13.748 dunsef01 httpd[12589]: 121 Statistics: duration=0.03 id=2eSu sent=368 rcvd=544 srcif=eri0 src=172.16.127.150/3961 svsrc=165.225.198.11 dstif=eri1 dst=65.173.218.85/554 op=GET arg= proto=http (Client authentication challenge)

the rule says users in the media group(based on IP) have access to streaming media(rtsp, realaudio, mms) in through the internal interface, out the external interface, to universe with no auth required. even though it seems to be using port 554 or 7070 it's still getting asked for auth, since realplayer doesn't do auth for this the communication this fails with an general error accessing this url:
rtsp://65.173.218.85:554/sans/20040407-ao.rm?cloakport=80%2c554%2c7070
Ideas? This is to a critical point so if anyone can help asap I would greatly appreciate it.
