Has anyone else encountered discrepancies between how a report is formatted in CR and how it appears and prints via ActiveX?
In addition to the other post I made recently, I am working on another report with a report header, page header and 2 detail sections (A and B). A has single instances of records while B contains 3 separate subreports listing names. The Detail section (above A and B) has the Keep Together option set to keep instances of A and B together. It runs and appears perfect when run from within CR itself. But when it runs and displays via ActiveX, my first page has the report header (and page footer - date/time and pages) and the body is blank. No page header, no details. The second thru X pages then are fine. When I uncheck the Detail Keep Together option, the first page now appears fine in ActiveX but I then have pieces of detail A on one page and B on another which is unacceptable. In this case, I went with two detail sections to facilitate correct sorting that simply adding a group wouldn't (or at least I couldn't get it to) do.
