Am trying to draw casino chips (drawn as circles - want to flatten them and give depth) and having a really stupid 5 minutes. How can I transform like in Photoshop (Edit/Transform/Distort) - Any ideas?

Quite a few ways - depending on your version of ILL.

Tools Palette - Warp tool and others in that family - click once and hold on tool to see varients.

Filter & Effects menus - a lot very similar to Photoshop filters.

In Illy10 - had a look round the warp tools but ideally want to add perspective. Nothing in filters or effects that really helps - Effects/Distort&Transform/Free Distort just looks carp.

Thanks for your quick reply

Effects menu/3D/ - superb depth/perspective results. Automatically uses a black stroke that you change to desired color.

Effects menu/Stylize - same as Photoshop for giving depth - drop shadow, inner glow, etc

Hey JM - no 3d on my Illy Effects but think have worked a way round with Warp. Thanks for your help.
