Just a quick one - need to know how to set up an agent to forward e-mail from one account to another.

We are in the midst of converting from Exchange to Notes/Domino, but have never used Notes before, and don't know anything about it.

I have plans for basic user training soon, but this can't wait til then... Cheers,
Sam

From the Inbox view of the relevant mailfile, click on Create- then select Agent from menu.
Give the new agent a title.
Next select that it runs "after new mail has arrived".
Then in the bottom section make sure that is is set to run "simple actions".
Click on the "add action" button and select action "Send Mail Message".
Enter the address to send it on to and tick the box for "Include copy of document"

Hope that helps.
M.

OzDog,
A clarification please: are you wishing for an agent to run between two Lotus accounts or between an Exchange and a Lotus account?

nevermind my request. For some reason I was never shown the first response.
