This issue has been bugging me all morning and I'm now at breaking point!
We have a new Windows 2003 print server we are setting up. All prniters have been installed and shared out. We have a Kyocera FS7000+ printer that printed one test page without an issue. However now it shows as offline.
I've checked and it's online and from an XP machine I can print to it normally (shows as online). On another Server 2003 machine it also prints without a problem.
I've tried deleting the printer, driver and port and reinstalling all of them. I've tried a variant on the driver I was able to find online and still nothing.
After a fresh install of the printer it shows online and if I print a test page it appears in the queue with no statud for a few minutes then fails and the printer shows offline.
I can print to any other printers from the print server without an issue.
Any ideas to save me beating it to death with something heavy?!?
