REALIA COBOL convert hebrew ansii (hex 80 - 9A) to cp862 (hex E0 - FA)

Hi,
I'm using REALIA COBOL, what's the best way to convert a record contaning ANSII Hebrew (x"80" - x"9A" ) to cp862 Hebrew (x"E0" - x"FA").
Thanks for any help
