realaudio conversion to cd-recordable format (mac)

I've located a good source of public domain AA speaker tapes to download in realaudio.

I want to convert the realaudio (.rm) files to cd-recordable audio files (aiff or wav) on a mac. If I can even convert them to QuickTime, SoundApp PPC will do the rest. I'm on system 9.1 on a G3 (also on a tight budget, so shareware will be best for me).
