Real URL x MyServer name 1

Hi !

My problem is, when I call a report using the machine name, it works fine, but calling the real url it can't be able to be found.

Example:

Links that works:

http://myServer/crystal/enterprise/...=EXPORT&EXPORT_FMT=U2FPDF:0&promptex-codigo=S

With a real URL, it doesn't work:

http://Realurl.com/crystal/enterpri...=EXPORT&EXPORT_FMT=U2FPDF:0&promptex-codigo=S

how can I manage this problem ?

Your problem is that your URL is half "net" and half "local" you need to change it to all net. Something like:

http://Realurl.com/YourWebServerCry...=EXPORT&EXPORT_FMT=U2FPDF:0&promptex-codigo=S

Yes it works if my url is real... you gave me the idea using the ip.

The url didn't work because of this server is hosted inside a corporation and the firewall redirects the url...
